Spraycoating is a cutting-edge method to restore drain systems of various diameters back to like-new condition. Over time, systems made of materials like cast iron (which tends to rust), Eternit, PVC, or PE (which often leak at joints or bends) begin to fail. With spraycoating, we can fully restore these systems to watertight condition\u2014with a lifespan of up to 50 years and a 10-year warranty\u2014without breaking floors, walls, or causing any disruption to residents. <\/strong><\/p>\n

We use a high-performance, two-component resin that is DiBt-certified and known for its durability. The coating is applied in multiple layers depending on the pipe\u2019s diameter and material. This results in minimal downtime and a completely internal renovation process, eliminating the need for invasive construction work. However, the success of the renovation depends on full cooperation from residents\u2014in particular, they must not use the plumbing while work is underway.<\/p>\n

Pipe systems can be put back into operation within 1 day in most cases, so disruption is absolutely minimal. Moreover, demolition is absolutely unnecessary, seeing as we apply the coating on the inside of the pipe system utilizing existing exit and entry points.<\/p>\n

How Spraycoating Is Applied<\/h3>\n

  1. The pipes are mechanically milled until the original material is exposed.<\/li>\n
  2. Hot water flushing and brushing is used to clean and degrease the pipes.<\/li>\n
  3. Hot air is used to fully dry the system\u2014the pipes must remain dry throughout the process.<\/li>\n
  4. A second inspection ensures all pipes are clean and completely dry.<\/li>\n
  5. The first layer of coating is applied.<\/li>\n
  6. Subsequent layers are added after each drying phase\u2014this is completed within the same day.<\/li>\n
  7. A final inspection and delivery recording is made.<\/li>\n
  8. The pipes are cleared for use.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
