Sewer repairs – without demolition.<\/h1>\n

Leaks inside or outside your residence are often caused by aging or damaged sewers and drains. In the past, the only option for repairing a leak was to tear down the wall, floor or ceiling in question and make the faulty pipe accessible for replacement. Spraycoating and relining offer a method of repairing these pipes without any demolition or teardowns in many cases, from cast iron to lead to even newly installed PVC pipes. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Even a shower drain opening or sink can often provide sufficient access to repair leaks from within the pipe itself. Our materials can access pipes starting from dn 40mm to repair leaks from the inside out, ensuring that we can prevent demolition and teardowns while still leaving your home completely leak-free.<\/p>\n

Relining<\/h2>\n

In pipes with a diameter of dn 75mm or larger that stretch for many meters, we can opt to apply a technique known as \u2018relining\u2019. Utilising this technology, De Mol IROTS can create a new hardened inner lining to the pipe, allowing us to repair not only worn or damaged pipes, but even pipe connections that have come loose. This technique is comparable to placing a new pipe within the existing sewer system.<\/p>\n
